1. Acceptance

By creating a StayBrief account, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, don't use the service. StayBrief is operated by Interconnected Pty Ltd, Australia.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be 18 or older. One person or entity per account unless on an Enterprise plan.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use StayBrief to:

Violate any laws or regulations
Infringe on third-party intellectual property
Send spam or unsolicited communications to guests
Attempt to reverse-engineer or resell the service
Post illegal, harmful, or deceptive content in guidebooks

4. Subscription and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Refunds are at our discretion for the first 7 days. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period. Trial periods are 30 days with no credit card required.

5. Upsell transactions

When you sell items through your guidebook's upsell store, StayBrief charges a 10% platform fee on each transaction. You are responsible for fulfilling purchased items and any applicable taxes.

6. Content ownership

You own your guidebook content. By using StayBrief, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and process your content to deliver the service.

7. Limitation of liability

StayBrief is provided "as is." We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or service interruptions. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms with 14 days notice via email. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.
